R ELEASE AN D SATISFACTION
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PR ESENTS;

WHEREAS, Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie~ Inc. , a Florida corporation.
hereinafter referreci to as tl~e "mortgagor", by Indenture bearing date of December
2'l, 1969, and recorded in ti~e office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court ln and for the
County of St. Lucie. State of Florida, in Offlcial Record Book 182, page 865~
granted and conveyed to Jensen Beach Bank, Jensen Beach~ Florida, hereinafter re-
ferred to as "mortgagee", and its assigns, the premises therein particularly des-
cribed. to secure the payment of the sum of Ninety Thousand ($90, 000) Dollars~
with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said mortgagee to re-
lease the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged premtses,
from the lien and operation of said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, The said mortgagee, in consideration of the payment
of the sum of Three Thousand (~3. 000.00) Dollars to it in hand paid, the receipt of
which is acknowledged, does remise, quit-claim, exonerate and discharge from the ;
lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors and ~
assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by said mortgage, more par-
ticularly described as follows:

TO HAVE ANI] TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances. unto. the mortga-
gor, its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and ~
from the lien of said mortgage, and every part thereof; pravided always, neverthe-
less, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or diminish the
effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the remaining part of said -
mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and reme-
dies of the holder thereof.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said Mortgagee has caused this instrument to ti~
