WIIERLAS, Noliday Out in Amcrica at St. Lucic, Inc., ~
a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgagor", l
by Indentures k~earing date of September 26, 1968, and August l, ~
1970, respectively, recorded in Official Records Book 173, page ;
2654, and at Official Records Book 186, page 2362, respectively, j
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and ?
conveyed to Barnett First National Bank of Jacksonville, here- ~
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee" and its assiqns, the premises ~
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the '
sums of $300,000.00 and $179,398.40, respectively, with interest
as therein mentioned; and
WNEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said
mortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being
part of Said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of ~
said mortgages;
NOW, T~iEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration
of the payment of the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)
to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does
remise, quitclaim, exonerate and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors
and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by ~
said mortgages, more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with-the appurtenances, !
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns forever, freed,
exonerated and discharged of and from the lien of said mortgages,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter or ~
~ diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid
` Mortgages on the remaining part of said m~rtgaged premises, nat ~
i hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies t
s of the holder thereof .
