PARTIAL R~I.~ASE OF MORTGAGE

a Florida corporation, hereinafter referred to as the "mortgagor",
by Indentures bearing date of September 26, 1968, afld August 1,
1970, respectively, recorded in Official Records Book 173, page
2654, and at Official Records I3ook 186, page 2362, respectively,
of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, granted and
conveyed to Barnett First National Bank of Jacksonville, here-
inafter referred to as "Mortgagee" and its assiqns, the premises
therein particularly described, to secure the payment of the
sums of $300,000.00 and $179,398.40, respectively, with interest
+ 1 aas therein mentioned; and

~i\~ ~3ox ~~tmortgagee to release the premises hereinafter described, being 3
~ part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of

NOW, THEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consi.deration
of the payment of the sum of Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00)
to it in hand paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does
remise, quitclaim, exonerate~and discharge from the lien and
operation of said mortgage unto the said mortgagor, its successors
and assigns, that certain portion of the premises conveyed by
said mortgages, more particularly described as follows:
Lot ~3 , Block , according to plat of Holiday -
Out in
America at St. Lucie, Inc., as the same appears
in Plat Book 14, page 44 of the public records of St.
Lucie County, Florida, to which place specific
reference is hereby made for a specific description
of the property released. ~
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances,
unto the mortgagor, its successors and assigns ~orever, freed,
exonerated and discnarged of and from the lien of said mortgages,
and every part thereof; provided always, nevertheless, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter ~r
diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid
blortgages or, the re.~r?ain~ng part of said mortgaged premises, not a
hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies `
of the holder thereof.
