Re: Deed from Allan Dunbar to W. A. Roennigke,
dated June 30, 1942, recorded November 4, 1966
in Official Record Book 158 at page 252 of the
public records of St. Lucie County, Florida,"
whereby portions of the SE 1/4 of SE 1/4, the
SW 1/4 of SE 1/4, and the NW 1/4 of SE 1/4, of
Section 17, Township 34 South, Range 40 East,
as more particularly described in said deed,
were conveyed to the aforesaid Grantee.
ON THIS DAY, before me, the undersiqned authority, personally
appeared EDW. J. HOENERHOFF, a subscribing witness to the aforementioned
deed, who, upon first being by me duly sworn, did depose and say:
1. That he is years of age and is a real estate officer
of the St. Louis Union Trust Company, 510 Locust St., St. Louis,
Missouri, and that he has been employed by said Trust Company
for more than 3S years.
2. That he has personal knowledge of al3 of the facts stated
herein.
~ 3. That both the aforesaid Allan Dunbar and W. A. Roennigke were

~ employees of the St. Louis Union Trust Company for more than ~ s

~ years and that they were so employed at the time of execution

~ of the aforesaid deed.
~ 4. That he was one of the subscribing witnesses to the execu-

~ tion of the aforesaid deed and that said deed was executed in his

~ presence by the said Allan Dunbar. ~

~ 5. That at the time of executian of the aforesaid deed, the said
~ Allan Dunbar was a single adult; a d fur r affiant sayeth not.
