THIS MORTGAGE DEED, executed the lst day of November, A. D. 1970, by
HARRY H. SPYKE, hereinafter called the Mortgagor, to WRLTER A. DUN, hereinafter
called the Mortgagee:
(Wherever used herein the tern~s "mortgagor" and "mortgagee"
include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs,
legal representatives and assigns of individuals, and the
successors and assigns of corporations; and the term "note"
includes all the notes herein described if more than one.} ;
WITNESSETH: That for good and valuable considerations, and also in
consideration of the aggregate sum in the prom~ssory note of even date herewith,
hereinafter described, the Mortgagor hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens,
remises, conveys and confirnis unto the Mortgagee all the certain land of which
the Mortgagor is now seized and in possession s~tuate in St. Lucie County,
Florida, viz: f
PARCEL 1:
The NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 36, Tawnship 35 South,
Range 38 East, LESS the West 15 feet thereof, also except-
ing therefrom all rights of way for drainage canals and
public roads.
PARCEL 2:
The SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 of Section 32, Township 35 South,
Range 39 E~st, lying North and Mlest of Okeechobee Road.
LESS AND EXCEPTING the following described property:
From the NW corner of the said SW 1/4 of the NW 1/4, run
South along the Section line, 1,074.50 feet; thence run
Nor°h 88 deg. 51 min. East 798 feet to a point in the
` centerline of Okeechobee Road; thence North 33 deg. 19
; min. East along said centerline of road 775.60 feet; thence
