KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That THE NATIQNAL LIFE AND ACCI-
DENT INSURANCE COMPANY, a corporation organized and existing under the laws oi the
State of Tennessee, the assignee, owner and holder of that certain mortgage given by
M. A, Ramsey and Mary Lee Ra~nsey, his wife
