If any one or all of the aforesaid payments remain unpaid for a per~od of 7 days or more, then the MORTGAGEE can at the 1' ~ option, without further notice declare the balance due under this rtwrtgage due and payable in full at onoe ! and forthwith place the matter in the hands of an attorney for mllection or enforcement.
