For and in consideration of the sum of Ten and no/10o Dollars
to the undersigned in hand paid, the receipt of which
is hereby acknowledged, we hereby release the property hereinaf ter
described from a certain lien arising out of that certain contract
dated February 20. 1959, by and between North Beach Water~ Company,
a Florida corporation, and Navillus Development Corporatian, a ~
Florida corporation, as recorded in Deed Book 245, Page 596, and
re-recorded in Lien Book on September 27~ 1960. and revised
Agreement recorded in Book 78 at Page 497~ of the offici.al
. recards of St. Lucie County, Florid~,-wfierein North Beach Water
Company agreed to furnish water and perform other things in con- `
nection with the water installation in the Subdivision of Coral
Cove Beach under certain terms and conditions. Said property, ~
