AQMINISTRATOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed this llth day of February,
1971, between HAROLD R. ANKENY, as Administrator of the Estate of
Fletcher A. Russell, deceased, party of the first part, and
PATRICK B. LALLY and JUDITH A. LALLY, his wife, parties of the
second part, whose address is: 1906 York Court, Fort Pierce,
Florida 33450.
WITNESSETH: That the party of the first part pursuant
to Order of the County Judge's Court of St. Lucie County, Florida,
dated the llth day of February, 1971, and in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good
and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, premises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party of
the second part, and to his heirs and assigns forever, that certain
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particularly
described as follows:
The North 189.42 feet of the South 483.78 feet
of Government Lot 3 in Section 18, Township 36
South, Range 41 East, less a 100 foot right of
way for Florida East Coast Railway and less a
30 foot road right of way for South Indian
River Drive, all in St. Lucie County, Florida.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
' the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
; things preliminary to and in and about the sale and this conveyance
~ the orders of the above-named Court and the laws of the State of
~ Florida have been followed and complied with in all respects.
