Before me, the undersigned authority, personally ap-
peared HAROLD R. ANKENY, who first being duly sworn, did
depose and say;
That for more than thirt y(30) years preceding the
date of this Affidavit, Affiant and his parents owned the
parcel of real estate adjacent to the above-captioned
parcel on the South side; that upon Affiant's own person-
al knowledge, the above-captioned parcel of real estate
was owned by Fletcher A. Russell and the said Fletcher A.
Russell resided on said parcel of real estate for more
~ than thirty (30) years prior to his death on December 30,
