Gentlemen:
In conside~ation of the payment to melus by you of $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I!we have received, I/we and tho9e holdi~g through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or
cabtes of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, brush and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger or interfere with said facilities, on, over, upon, under, and across my/our pra
perty described as follows:
An easement, the north line of which is forty-five (45) feet
northerly of and paraliel to the centerline of State Road 68 (Qrange
~ Rvenue Extension), and the south line being the same as the north
~ right-of-way line of State 4oad 68; said easement running across the
~ following ~escribed lanas:
~ Th2 East 99 feet of the West 198 feet of the East ~ of the
~ West `2 of the SW~4 of the r~W~a af Section 7- Tawnship 35 South - Range
~ 40 East, St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS right-of-way for Qrange
~ Avenue Extension.
