In consideration of the payment to meJus by you of a1.00 and other good and valuable consideration which
I/we have received, I/we and those holding through me/us, grant and give to you and your successors an easement
for the construction, operation and maintenance of electric utility facilities (including wires, poles, guys, cables,
conduits and appurtenant equipment) to be installed from time to time; with the right to reconstruct, improve, add
to, change the size of or remove such facilities or any of them; to permit the attachment of conduits, wires or .
cables of any other Company or person; also, to cut, trim and keep clear all trees, bnish and undergrowth or other
obstructions that might endanger o~ interfere with said facilities, on, aver, upon, under, and across my/our pro-
perty described as follows:
! An easement, the north line oP r+hich is forty-five (45) feet
northerly of and parallel to the centerline of State Road 68 (Orange
; Avenue Extension)~ and the south line being the same as the north
~ ri~ht-of-way line of State Road 68; said easement ruhning across the
` soutr, portion oP the follorring described lands:
