Before me, the undersigned authority, personally ap- ~
peared CHARLES W. ST~NE, who being first duly sworn, did
depose and say:
1. That he has personal knowledge of the facts stated
herein.
2. That he is an attorney practicinq law in Fort Pierce,
Florida.

3. That he prepared that certain Warranty Deed from ;
Wil.liam Coffield, Jr, and Marion Coffield to Ernesto Liporto
and Bertha M. Liporto, his wife, dated October 13, 1974,
and recorded in O. R. Book 188, page 273 of the public rec-
ords of St. Lucie County, Florida, and says that he knows
of his own knowledge that at the time of execution and de-
livery of said Warranty Deed the said William Coffield, Jr.
(
and Marion Coffield were husband and wife. ;
Further Affiant sayeth not.
