Thomas D. 0'rtalley, Insurance Commissioner and State Treasurer of Florida, is hereby appointed Ancillary Receiver, and G. Odell Turner and Kathryn Gregory are hereby appointed as Deputy Receivers, of rlaine Insurance Company for the purpose of liquida- tion of Maine Insurance Company and is authorized and directed to: 1. Liquidate the assets of the Respondent. 2. Take immediate possession of all the property, assets, and estate, including, but not limited to, all offices maintained t by the Respondent, and all rights of action, books, documents, papers, evidence of debt, and all other property of every kind ~~hatsoever and wheresoever located in this State, belonging to i said Respondent, including, but not limited to, all bank accounts, ~ € stocks, bonds, debentures, mortgages, all premiums collected by ~ premium finance companies or any other person engaged in premium i ~ ~ financing; agents, subagents, brokers, producing agents, solici- ! ~ - ~ tors, service representatives, or otliers, and not paid to the ~ insurer; furniture, fixtures, equipment, and office supplies, ~ 1 ~ and to hold all such assets pending further Orders of this~ ` Court; however, the Ancillary Receiver's rights shall be sub- ~ ~ ordinate to any rights of the Domiciliary Receiver as provided ~ by the Uniform Insurer's Liquidation Act. ~ ~S X 3.
