4. Apply to this Court for iurthei• inst~uctions in t~~c
discharge of his duties.
5. Appoint one or more Deputy Receivers to act for him
and to employ such counsel, accountants, clerks, and assistants
as he deems necessary, and further authorizing the compensation
of such deputies, counsel, accountants, clerks, and assistants
and all e.cpenses of taking possession of the assets of Respondent
and of conducting these proceedings as fixed by the Ancillary
Receiver and approved by this Court, to be paid out of the funds
or assets of the Respondent in the possession of the Ancillary
Receiver or coming into his possession.
6. Commence and maintain all legal actions necessary
for the co~iduct of this Receivership.
7. Not defend Iegal actions ~~rlierein Respondent is a
~ party defendant; commenced either prior to or subsequent to his
; appointment as Ancillary Receiver, subject to the provisions of
E . Section 631.67, Florida Statutes. .

~ 8. Publish notice once each week for three consecutive
~,~eeks of the time fixed for the filing of claims against the . ;
~ Respondent, Maine Insurance Company, in newspapers of general ~

~ circulation in Dade, Pinellas, Bro~~ard, Palm Beach, Duval,
Escambia, and Leon Counties, Florida, which notice shall ,specify
the time and place within which all persons having claims against ~
~
~ ~iaine Insurance Company shall present such claims to the Ancillary
~
Receiver or be forever barred. All of said claims shall be filed
~ pursuant to procedures to be determined by this Court at a later
date .
