All persons ~ait?~in the jurisdiction of tliis Court who have in their possession, custody, or control assets of the Respondent, of any kind whatsoever and wheresoever situated~in ~ this State, including, but not limited to, all offices main- tained by the Respondent and all rights of action, books, docu- ments, papers, evidence of clebt, and all other property of every kind belonging to said Respondent, including, but not limited to, all bank accounts, stocks, bonds, debentures, mort- gages, all premiums collected by premium finance companies or any other person engaged in premium financing; funds held by agents, subagents, brokers, producin.g agents, solicitors, service repre- sentatives, or others, and not paid to the insurer; furniture, fixtures, equipment, and office supplies; and to forthwith deliver upon demand any of said assets to Thomas D. 0':~lalley, Insurance ' Commissioner and State Treasurers as Ancillary Receiver of ~ ~ Respondent; and the Receiver to hold all such assets pending E further Orders of this Court; however, the Ancillary Receiver's ~ rights shall be subordinate to any rights of the Domiciliary ~ 4 Receiver as provided by the Uniform Insurers Liquidation Act.
