FLO~t1UA 33~16~0 EXECUTOR'S DEED THIS INDENTURE, executed this I9th day of February, 1972, between St. Lucie County Bank of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, as Executor of the Estate of Ruth Coppersmith, deceased, first party; and Thomas A. Scott, Jr., of Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, whose mailing address is 790I South Indian River ~ Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida, second party; ~ ; WHEREAS, Ruth Coppersmith died seized and possessed of the following described property lying, being and situate in the County of St. Lucie and State o£ Florida: Beginning at a point 9.65 feet west and 113 feet north of the Southeast corner of Lot 3 of Canning Company's Subdivision of the NW 1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 10, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, as per plat thereof recorded in Deed Book "BB", page 747, of the public records of Brevard County, Florida (Plat Book 1, page 290 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida), run thence west 150 feet; thence North 47 feet; thence East 150 feet; Thence South 47 feet to the point of beginning. LESS AND EXCEPTING the right of way, if any, for South 7th Street. WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank of Fort Pierce, Florida, has been appointed duly quali~ied executor of the estate of Ruth Coppersmith, deceased; and WHEREAS, the St. Lucie County Bank did petition the County Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, that court having jurisdiction of the estate of Ruth Coppersmith, for authority to sell the above described property to the second party and for an order authorizing ~ such sale; and ; WHEREAS, the County Judge did, on the 28th day of December, 1970, enter an order authorizing the sale of the property to the second party; and WHEREAS, the County Judge did on the 27th day of January, 1971, amend the aforesaid order to provide for a conveyance of the land as above described, NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other good and valuabZe considera- tions, the receipt of which is acknowledged by the first party, the first party, as executor of the estate of Ruth Coppersmith, deceased, does grant, bargain, sell and convey unto the secand party, his heirs, personal representatives and assigns, forever, the lands described and all their appurtenances.
