LONG-TERM LEASE ~
THIS LEASE, made and entered into the 16th day of
February , p.D, ?1 , by and between INLET HOU~E CONDOM-
INIUM MANAGEMENT GORPORATION, a Flarid~? corporation, hereinafter ;
called "Lessor", and INLET HOUSE CONDOMIIVIUM APARTMENTS, INC., a
Florida corporation not for profit, hereinafter called "Lessee" ;

That said Lessor does this day lease unto the T,essee and the

premises, including all buildings, improvements, swimming pool, recrea-
tional facilities, and personal property located on said premises, all

That the said Lessor and Lessee , for and in consideration of
the covenants and conditions as here inafter set forth, as well as for

parties to the other, in hand paid simultaneously with the execution ~
and delivery of these presents, receipt of which is hereby acknowledge3,
