RENT The Lessee agrees to pay the Lessor as rent during the term of this Lease, a monthly rental sum of Three Hundred and no~100 Dol- lars ($300.00) per building that is constructed and incorporated under the Declaration of Condominium of INLET HOUSE CON~OMINIUM APART- MENTS, IN~. The Developer contemplates constructing three (3) twenty (20) unit buildings in the complex now under construction. The Lessee shall require ~ayment from the unit or apartment owner an apportioned share of the said rental. The following amount.s shall be the apportioned rental that shall be assessed by the Lessee from each condominium unit or apartment, as follows: (Assessed as to Building No. II.)
