III.
PROVISI~NS REGARDING THE PAYMENT OF TAXES
The Lessee covenants and agrees with the Lessor that the
Lessee will prompGly pay all taxes levied or assessed for and after the
year 1969, and during the term hereby demised, by any and ~11 taxing
authorities, and including not only ad valorem and personal property
taxes, but also special assessments and liens for public improvements,
and including, in general, all taxes, tax liens or liens in the nature ~
of ~axes, which may be assessed or imposed against the premises (includ-
ing interest, penalties, fines and costs), including the land and all
buildings, furniture, fixtures and improvements which the Lessee may
hereafter con struct or build or bring upon the demised premises, but
in the event any such taxes or assessments are payable, according to
their terms in installments, then the Lessee shall have the right to
pay the same as such in stallments fall due, so long as the right to make
payment of them in such installments has nat been revoked or lost by
reason of default in the payment of any installment.

upon notice of the fact that the Lessee shall r.ever, under any circum-
stances, have the power to subject the interest of the Lessor in the
premises to any mechanics' or materialmen's lien or liens of any kind,
unless a specific provision ta the contrary autriorizing in specific
terms the creation of such lien or liens is elsewhere contained.
B. Al1 persons who may hereafter, during the life of this
Lease, furnish work, labor, services or materials to the premises, ;
upon the request or order of the Lessee or any persor~ claiming under,
