C. If any mechanics' liens are filed or asserted against
Lessor's interest in the subject premises, the Le ssee shall, within ~

thirty (30) days after the time when notice thereof shall come to t heir
attention, cause such lien to be released from ~he I.e ssor's interest
in the sub ject premises in the manner provided by the Statutes of
the State of Florida.
V.
USE OF PREMISES
It is understood and agreed between the parties hereto, that
the said premises, during the continuance of this Lease, may be used
and occupied only for recreational purposes at all times, subject to
the rules and regulations promulgated by the Lessee, or its suc~essors
in interest and authority. The demised premises shall, at all times, be
under the complete supervision, operation, control and management of
the Lessee.

The Lessor shall have a first lien, paramount to all others, •

on every right and interest of the Lessee in and to this Lease and on

nishings and equipment, fixtures and personal property of every kind

pose of securing the payment af rents, taxes, assessments, charges,
liens, penalties, and damages herein covenanted to be paid by the
Lessee and for Lhe purpose of securing the performance ef any and all
and si.ngular the covenants, conditions and obligations of this Lease,
