the said Lease, including without limitations, rent and such other
iLems as are specifie~ in said Lease, are and shall continue to be
for the full term of the said Lease, common expenses of the Condominium.
The Long Term Lease, referred to herein, is recorded in Of-
ficial Record Book G' , at page9~, o~ the public records of
St, Lucie County, Florida, ar.d th~ said Lease shall be deemed incor-
porated herein and made a part here of by reference, just as though said
Lease were fully set forth herein. Each unit owner agrees to be bound
by the terms and conditions of said Lease, and he agrees to make payment
±~o the Association of his share of the monies due, pursuant to and in
the amount or percentage amount, if so stated, as specified in said
Lease and this Declaration. It shall be mandatory for the unit owner
tc make said payments, re~ardless o~ whether or not they use the rec-
reationa:i faciiities.

The Condomir_ium is described and estab~ished as follows:

is noz,r under construetion, each of which contain twenty (20) dwelling
,~n1r.s, and Develoger contemplates constructing an additional apartment

building, all to be knos,m as INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS. De-
veloper reserves the right to construct Lhe additional apartment build-
