or not elsewhere required for an amendment.
B. PLANS. The improvements upon the land are con structed
substant-ially ir. accordance with th~ plans and specifications there-
fore prepared by Tripp t~ Skrip, A,I.A., Architectural Firm, located
at 29?3 Goral Way, Miami, Florida, de signated as Project No. ~09 , ~
dated Asr3~~ 23 , 1970 , a partion of which plans are attached
hereto as Exhibits _ 1, 2, 2.2A , and 3 .
IMPR~VEMENTS - GENERAL DESCRIPTIUN.
1. APdRTMENT BUILDING. The Condominium includes an
apartment building consisting of a ground floor, and a second floor.
The apartment building contains twenty (20) dwelli.ng units. The com-
mon elements inciude covered walkways and other service facilities for
~ase and benefit of the dwelling unit owners.
2. OTHER IMPROVII~ENTS. The Condominium includes land-
scap:ng, parking areas and other facilities located substantially as
shown ~n the plans and which are part of the common elements.
D..~DWELLING Ut~IT BOUND~R~ES. The term dwelling unit, as
used in this subsection, concerning boundaries, shall include tha:, part
of the buildir_~ containing tr~e dwelling unit that lies within the
bo~andaries of *_.he dwellir~g unit, which boundaries are as follows:
1. L'PPER AND LOWER BOUNDARIES. ~he upper and
lower boundaries of the dwelling unit shall

section v,rith the perimetrical boundaries:
