An amendment of this Declara- tion, reflecting such authorized alteration of dwelling unit plans by Developer need be signed and acknowledged only by the Developer and need not be approved by the Association, dwelling unit owners, lienors or mortgagees of dwelling units or of the Condominium, whether or not elsewhere required for an amen3ment. AR TICLE VI THE DWELLING UNITS The dwelling units of Lhe Condominiwr. are described more ~articularly and the rights and obligations of their owners are es- tablished as follows: A. TYPICAL DWELLING UNIT PLANS. The re are five (5) typi- cal dwelling unit fioor plans for a11 of the dwelling units in the Condominium. See Exhibit No. 5, attached hereto and made a part hereof. All units consist of living and dining rooms, one or two bedrooms, one or two bathrooms, and a-p~ivate screened porch, as shown on Exhibit No. 2, incorporated herein by reference. r.xhibit No. 2 represents plans and specifications of the first floor des- cribed as Units Nos. II-101 through II-11~. Exhibit No. 2A, attached hereto and incorporated here~n i by reference, represents plans and specifications of the second floor, described as Units Nvs. II-201 throagh II-214. APPL'RTENANCES TO DWELLING L'NITS.
