2. Association membe rship. The membership of each
dwelling unit owner in the Association and the
interest of each dwelling ~anit owner in the funds
and assets held by the Associat ion shall be deter-
mined in accordance with the Charter and By'Laws
provisions of the Inlet House Condominium Apart-
ments, In~ .,~IilildA?~~.X7m~XxAX, Exhibit A, and Exhibit B.
C. LIABILTTY FOft CONiNION EXPENSES. Each dwelling unit
owner shall be liable for an equal share of the common expenses. ~

MAINTENANCE, ALTERATION AND IMPROVENiENT
Rzsponsibility for the maintenance of the Condominium grop-
erty and restrictions upon its alteration and impravements shail be as
