due shall not bear interest, but all sums not
paid on or before thirty (30) days after the
date when due shall bear interest at the rate

when due until paid. All payments upon account

C. LIEN FOR ASSESSMENTS. The lien for unpaid as-

dent to the collection of such assessment of

D. RENTAL PENDING FORECLOSURE. In any fo.reclosure oi a
lien for assessments, the owner of the dwelling unit subject to the
Iien shall be required to pay a reasonable rental for the dwelling
unit, and the Association shall be entitled to the appointment of a
re ce iver to colle ct the same .

ASSOCIATION
The operation of the Condominium shail be bS~ INLET HQL`SE
CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., a corporation not for profit, under
the Laws of the State of Florida, which shall fulfill its functions
pursuant to the following provisions:
A. ARTICLES OF INCORPORATION. A copy of the Articles

~ B. THE BY-LAWS. The By-Laws of the Association shall ~e

~ the By-Laws of the Condominium, a copy of which is attached hereto

C. LIMITATION UPUN LIABILITY OF ASSOCIATION. Nctwithstand-
ing the d~aty of the Association to maintain and repair parts of the
Condomir~it:m property, the Association shall not be liable to dt~elling
unit ~wners for in jury or damage , other than the ccst of maintenance
~ and repair, caused by an~T laten~ condition of the property to be main-

~ tair~ed and repaired by the Association, or caused by the elements or

~ by other ow-ners or persons.
~ D. RESTRAINT UPON ASSIUNMENT OF SHARES Ird ASSETS. The
~ share of inembers in tne £unds and assets of the Association cannot be

~ assigned, hypothecated or_ transferred in any manner except as an appur-
