dwellin~ unit or make anv use of the comrr.on elements that will increase ;
the oost of insurance upan the ('ondominium property. No children under
the age of fifteen (15) years shall occupy a private dwelling unless
as a~uest for a period ~ot to exceed thirty (3Q1 days consecutively
in any calendar year. Tn no event shall any cat, dog, bird or ather
animal of any kind be permitted in ~the swimir~ing pool area or in any of
the commen elements of th~ ('ondominium unless on a leash or carried.

D. T.AWFUL USE. ~o immoral, improper, offensive er unlaw-
ful use shall be made of the ~'ondominium property nor any part of it,
and all valid laws, zoning ordinances and regulation s of a~l ~overn-
mental bodies having jurisdiction shall be observed. The responsi-
bility of ineeting the requirements of governmental bodies for mainten-

ance, modification or repair of the Condominium property shall be the
same as the responsibility for the maintenance and repair of the prop-
erty concerned.

E. LFtiSING. Af~er approval by the Association elsewhere `
requ~red, entire dwelling units may be rented, provided the occupancy
is only by the lessee.and his family, servants and guests. No rooms ~
may be rented and no transient tenants may be accomodated.
F. RE~=iiT,ATIOI~S. Reasonable re~ulations concerning the use
of Condominium prcpert~ ~r,ay be rr~ade and amended from time to time by
the Association in the manner provided by the Articles of Tncorpora-
tion and By-I.aws.' ~'opies of such regulations and amendments shall be
furnished by the Association to all dwelling unit owners and re sidents

G. PROVISO. Provided, however, that until the Developer
