Lease. Gift • Devise or Inheritance • Other Transfers. ~ A dwelling unit owner w o as obtained is title by gift, devise or inheritance, or by any other manner not pre viously considered, shall give to the association notice of the acquiring of his title, together with such , i.nformation concerning the dwelling unit owner as the Association may reasonably require, and a certified capy of the instru- ~ ment evidence ing the owner's title . d. Failure to Give Notice. If the above required notice to the Association is not given, then at any time after receiving knowledge of a transaction or event transferring ownership r or possession of a dwelling unit, the Associa- ~ tion at its ele ction and without notice may ~ approve or disapprove the transaction or r ownership. If the Association disapproves the transaction or ownership, the Association shall proceed as if it had received the re- ' quired notice on the date of such disapproval. 2. Certificate of Approval. a. Sale. If the proposed transaction is a sale, t~ie~n, within thirty !30) days after receipt of such notice and information, the Associa- tion must either approve or disapprove the ; proposed transaction. If approved, the ap- proval shall be stated in a certificate ex- ; ecuted by the President and Secretary of the ' Association, which shall be recorded in the ~ public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, ~ at the expense of the purchaser. j b. Lease. If the proposed transaction is a Tease, then within thirty (30) days after re- ce ipt of such not i ce and ir.format ion , the As- sociation must either approve or disapprove the proposed transaction.
