SHARES OF ~WNERS AFTFR TFRMTNATTON. After termination ?
ef the ~ondominium, the dwelling unit awners shall own the (:ondominium
property and all assets of the tissociation as tenants in common in
undivided shares in the common elemenis appurtenant to the owners'
dwelling units prior t~ the terminatian. ~
E. AMFNDMENT. This section concerning termination cannot
be amended without consent of all dwelling uniL owners and all of
the record owners of mort~ages upon the dwelling units.

The invalidity in whole or in part. of any covenant or res- •

Incorgoration, By-Laws or Regulations of the Association shall not af-
