may be necessarp or convenient in the operation and manage-
ment of INLET HOUS~ CONDCMINIUM APAA~NTS, INC., in accom- .
plishing the purpoaes set forth in aaid Declaration of :

c. To maintain, repair, replace, operate and manage
INLET HOUSE CONDCN!INIUM APARTM~NTS, INC. and the property
comprising same, including the right to reconstruct improve-
ments after casualty and to make further improvement9 of the ~
Condominium property. ~

CONDC~Iti IUN! APARTNfENTS , INC . and to delegate to such contractor
all of the poxers and duties of the Association except Lhose ,
which may be required by the Declar~tion of Condominium to
have approval of the Board of Directors or Membership of
