Notice of regular meetings shall be given to each director personally or by mail, telephone or telegraph at least three (3) days prior to the day named for such meetin~. , F. Special meetings of the Board of Directors may be ~ e ~ i called by the President, and must be called by the Secretary at the written request of one-third of the directors. PJot less than three (3) days' notice of the meeting shall be given per- sonally or by mail, telephone or telegraph, which notice shall state the time, place and purpose of the meeting. G. Xaiver of Notice. any director may waive notice of a rr,eeting before or after the meeting and such waiver shall be deemed equivalent to the giving of notice. H. A c~uorum at directors' meetings sha~l consist of a najority of the entire Board of Directors. The acts approved by a r.ia jority of those present at a rr.eetin~ at whicr~ a quorum is pres~nt shall constitute the acts of the Board of Directors, except when approval by a~: eater nw::ber of directors is ~ required by the Declaration of Condominium, the Articles of Incorporation or these By-Laws. ~ I. hd~ourned meetings.
