PARLIAA:EI~TARY RULES
Robertst Rules of Order (latest edition) shall govern

the conduct of Association meetings ~+rhen not in conflict with ~

the Declaration of Condominium, Articles of Incorporation or

ARTICLE VIII `
These By-Laws may be ar~ended in the following manner:
A. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed amendment :

shall be included in the notice of any meeting at which a
proposed anendr.ient is considered.
B. ~ resolution adoptin`. a proposed ar^~endment may be
prc~osed by either the Board of Directors of the association
or by the r:er:ibers ef the Association. Dire ctors and ne~:bers
not rresent in persen or by Frex~ at the *:ectin: ccnsiderin~ the
; a~^end-~ent r~.aS• express their approval in writing, provided such '

~ ar~rcval is delivered to the Secretary at or prior to the r,~eetin~. ~

~ cf the Board of ~irectors and not less than 75 percent of the
vctes of the entire membership ~f the Association; or

= dwelling unit or class or group of dwelling units unless the

shall be made that is in conflict with the Articles of Incorporg-
~ tion or the Declaration of Condominium.
