ARTICLE VIII ` These By-Laws may be ar~ended in the following manner: A. Notice of the subject matter of a proposed amendment : ~ i shall be included in the notice of any meeting at which a proposed anendr.ient is considered. B. ~ resolution adoptin`. a proposed ar^~endment may be prc~osed by either the Board of Directors of the association or by the r:er:ibers ef the Association.
