MANAGEMENT CORPORATION, a Florida corporation, hereinafter called
"Management Corporation", and INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS,
for use and benefit of
INC.,/BUILDING II, a Florida non-profit corForaticn, hereinafter
called "Condominium",
WITNESSETH:
WHERFAS, INLET HOUSE CQNDOt~IINIUIMi APARTMENTS, INCORPORATED,
BUILDTNG #l, a Florida non-profit corporation, contemplates the op-
eration of a condominium apartment complex, consisting of not more
than three (3) apartment houses, all bein~ known as INLET HOllSE
CONnc1MINTUM APARTMENTS, and each specific apartment building con-

WHERFAS, the Condominium has completed construction of
BUTLDING II, which is construc~ed upon real property located in St.
Lucie County, Florida, as follows, to-wit:
From the Northwest corner of Lot 1, MARAVILT.A SUB-
DIVISION, as recorded in Plat Book 7, at page 31,

WHERE~S, the Manage;nent Corporat~on is in the busine ss of
providin~ management and supervision for the operati~n, conduct and
management of apartment buildings generaily, and
WHEREAS, the Condominium is desirous of entering into a
management agreement providing for the mana~ement of INLET HOUSE
COND~+tiI~iIUM APART?~IENTS, BUILDTNG II,
P~~Cwi, THEREF~RE, in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars
