4• The Condominium shall pay unto the Management Corporation,
in quarterly installments on the first day of January, April, July and
October, in advance, a sum equal to Lhe montYil;r maintenance rate as set

forth foz• each apartment unit as described in Paragraph 2 above . The ~
Condominium shall collect said maintenance sums from the respective ~
apartment owners, located in the INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS. `
5. The Condominium does hereby grant an d license unto the
rianagement Corporation the right to enter upon and in~ress in and to ;
any and all apar~ment buildings, restricted, however, to the common
element areas and not to be referred or construed to authorize the
entering of any apartment building without the individual owner's con-

sent, unless such shall be deemed an emergency to save or preserve the
apartment building from fire or acts of God.
6. Notices hereunder shall be deemed given when deposited
in the United States Mails, postage prepaid, addressed as follows: ~

7. This contract is binding upon the Condominium and the
Management Corporation, its successors and assi~ns.

tract to be executed by the respective officers of the parties hereto, #
