AMENDMENT TO LONG TERM LEASE ~
The undersigned hereby files this Amendment To Long
Term Lease, by and between INLET HOUSE CONDOMINIUM MANAGEMENT
CORPQRATION, a Florida corporation, hereafter called Lessor, and
INLET HOliSE CGNDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, INC., a Florida corporation
not for profit, hereafter called Lessee, which Amendment amends
the description under Long Term Leas~, recorded in Official
Record Book 1$3, at page 42t+, of the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and amends said description as follows: ~
From the Northwest corner of Lot 1, MARA-
VILLA SUBDIVISION, as recorded in Plat
Book 7, page 31, of the public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida, run East
along the North line of said Lot 1, a
distance of 155.00 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the land he rein described:
From said Point of Beginning, continue
East al~ng the North line of Lot l a •
distance of 195.00 feet; thence run
South 65.20 feet; thence run West 195.0~
feet ; thence run North 65 .2(~ feet to
the North lzne of Lot 1 and the Point
of Beginning; said land comprising the
property ugon which the Inlet House
Con3ominiums Recreational Area is situ-
ated.
That the Amendment is executed pursuant to the written
consent, waiver of notice and approval o~ alI cf the property owners,
