part and LUCILLE V. COSTA. g54 River Road, New Milford, New Jersey, 07646

second part, WITNESSETH, that the said parttes of the first part, for and in
consideration of the sum of TEN DOLIARS AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATIONS=---
$10.00---------to them in hand paid, the receipt whereof is hereby -
acknovledged, have granted, bargained, sold and transferred, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, sell and transfer unto the said party of the
second part and her heirs and assigns forever, all that certain parcel
of land lying and being in the county of St. Lucfe and State of Florida,
particularly described as follwas: A parcel of land in the SE 1/4 of the
SE 1/4 of Section 33, ToWnship 34 South, Range 40 East and part of the SW
1/4 of the SW 1/4 of Section 34, Township 34 South, Range 40 East, St. Lucie
County, Florida, described as follows:
Begin at the intersection of the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. ~1 Highway
and the North Right-of-Way line of AlA Highway; Run Easterly on North
Right-of-Way line of AlA Highway for a distance of 150 feet; then Northwesterly
paralZel to the East Right-of-Way line of U.S. ~1 Highway a distance of 150 feet;
then Westerly parallel with the North Right-of-~Tay line of AlA Highway a distance
of 150 feet to the East Right-of-Way line of U.S.~1 Highway; then Southeasterl~
on the East Right-of-Way line of U.S.81 Hightiay a distance of 150 feet to the
Point of Beginning.
Subject to restrictions, reservations, easements and ordinances of record and
taxes for the year 1971 and subsequent years.
