EDITH H. ZANGER, being first duly sworn deposes and says
as follows:
(1) That Deponent on June 23, Z958 was a divorced
and single female person and adult;
(2) That the Deponent was the Grantee under a certain
deed of conveyance of October 1, 1957, from Gayle F. Zanger
(her former husband) and Thelma A. Zanger, his then wife in the
conveyance of the subject property hereinafter legally described,
to-wit:
Lot 13, Block ~J, Maravilla Estates,
according to the Plat thereof on
file in Plat Book 8, at page 77, of
the public records of St. Lucie
County, Florida and as duly recorded
and filed in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie
County, Florida, on the 2nd day of
October, A.D., 1957, bearinq deed
book number 232, page 12;
(3) That at th~ time of the conveyance of the subject
