• KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 2C~U$~ ~
~ WHEREAS, Venture Out in .'~merica at St. Lucie, Inc. , a Florida
corporation, formerly known as Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc. ,
hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor, " by Indenture bearinq date of
March 22, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
•Record Book 171 , page 136, as modified in Official Record Book 189,
paqe 2614, qranted and conveyed to First National Bank and ZYust Company
' of Riviera Beach, Riviera Beach, Flc~rida, hereinafter referred to as
~"Mortgaqee," and its assigns, the premises therein particularly described, ,
. to secure the payment of the sum of Two Hundred Thousand (S200, 000. 00)
Dollars, with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgaqor has requested the said mortgaqee
to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration of the
payment of the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500 . 00) Dollars to it ir~ hand `
paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, does remise, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto ~
the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

of the property released.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same , with the appurtenances , unto the mortgagor,
its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and
from the lien of said mortgage , and every part thereof; provided always , -
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter
or diminish the effect, 2ien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the
remaining part of said mort~aged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
