KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 2OJO~Q
WHEREAS , Venture Out in America at St. Lucie , Inc a Florlda
corporation, formerly known as Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc. ,
- hereinafter referred to as the "Mortgagor, " by Indenture bearing date of
March 22, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Record Book 171, page 136, as modified in Official Record Book 189,
page 2614, granted and conveyed to First National Bank and TYust Company
of Riviera Beach, Riviera Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgagee," and its assiqns, the premises therein particularly described,
to secure the payment of the sum of 1`wo Hundred Thousand ($200, 000. 00)
•Dollars , with interest as therein mentioned .
AND WHEREAS, the said mortgagor has requested the said mortqagee
to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged
premises , from the lien and operation of said mortgage .
NOW, THEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration of the
payment of the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500. 00) Dollars to it in hand ~
paid, the receipt of which is acknowledged, dces remise, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operatior. of said mortqage unto
the said mortgagor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the
premises conveyed by said mortgage, more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same , with the appurtenances , unto the mortgagor,
its successors and assiqns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and '
from the lien of said mortgage , and every part thereof; provided always ,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter
or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the
remaining part af said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the riqhts and remedies of the holder thereof.
