KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 2~. ~~~1
WHEREAS, Venture Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc. , a Florida ~
• corporation, formerly known as Holiday Out in America at St. Lucie, Inc.,
hcrcinafter refecred to as the "Mortgagor, " by- Indenture bearing date of
iviarch 22, 1968, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida, in Official
Record Book 171 , page 136, as m~dified in Official Record Book 189,
paqe 2614, granted and conveyed to First National Bank and Trust Company
of Riviera Beach, Riviera Beach, Florida, hereinafter referred to as
"Mortgaqee," and its assigns, the premises therein paRicularly described, _
to secure the payment of the sum of ~vo Hundred Thousand ($200, 000. 00)
. Dollars, with interest as therein mentioned.
AND WHEREAS, the said mortqagor has requested the said mortgagee
to release the premises hereinafter described, being part of said mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of said mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, the said mortgagee, in consideration of the
payment of the sum of Fifteen Hundred ($1500. 00) Dollars to it in hand
paid, the receipt of which is acknowledqed, does remise, quit claim, _
exonerate a~d discharge from the lien and operation of said mortqage unto
the said mortgaqor, its successors and assigns, that certain portion of the
premises conveyed by said mortgaqe, more particularly described as follows:

TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same, with the appurtenances, unto the mortgagor,
its successors and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and
from the lien of said mortgage , and every part thereof; provided always ,
nevertheless, that nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, alter
or diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the aforesaid Mortgage on the .
remaining part of said mortgaged premises, not hereby released therefrom,
or any of the rights and remedies of the holder thereof.
