the Defendant-Crossclaimant, PEERLESS INVESTMENT COMPANY, an Illinois
Corporation, instituted a Crossclaim to foreclose a mortgage junior and
inferior to a mortgage theri being foreclosed in the above-styled cause
by the Plaintiff, WRAL GABLSS FIRST NATIONAL BANK, a national banking
corporation, in Martin County, Florida, on the follvwing-described land:

follows: Beginning at a concrete monument on the South-
