Martin County, Florida, land was qiven it by the Defendants DONALD K.
MOE and LILA D. MOS, his wife, and the relief sought in said Crossclaim ;
is the foreclosure of any interest in and to said property by and
against the Defendants DONALD K. MOS and LILA D. mOE, his wife, and '
any person claiming by, throuqh, under or aqainst the said Defendants
since the filing of this NOTICE OF LIS PENDETIS.

The Defendant-Crossclaimant's mortgage being sought to be foreclosed
in the above-described Martin County, Florida, action also constitutes
a mortgage lien against lands owned in Palm Beach County and St. Lucie
Caunty, Florida, which said liens are also being sought to be fore-
closed in said Crossclaim under and pursuant to the authority given
t~e Crossclaimant by Section 702.04, Florida Statutes Annotated.
As to the Palm Beach County, FZorida, land, th e property
involved in said foreclosure suit is awned by the Defendants DONALD K.
M4E and LILA D. MO$, his wife, and is more particularly described as:
