As to the St. Lucie County, Florida, land, the land is
awned by the Defendant FLORIDA MAID CITRUS CORPORATION, a Florida
Corgoration, and is more particularly described as:
Blocks 15, 16 and 17, AGRICULTURE PI~?T OF FLORIDA
MAID CITRUS GROVS according to the plat thereof as
recorded in Plat Book 13 at Page 1 of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, LESS the fol-
lawing-described portion of said Block 15, to-rwit:
The North 225 feet of the East 270 feet of said Block
15, the East line of said parcel being the West line
of a 120'~i3e drainage and access easement as shown
on the aforesaid Plat of Florida Maid Citrus Groves,
which said excepted land contains 1.395 acres, more
or less;
and also including all of mortgagor's riqht, title
and interest in and to the follo~wing-described '
easements: ~
(1) That certain easement dated June 8, 1964, and
recorded in Official Records Book 91 at Page 385 of
the St. Lucie County Public Records;

E (2) That certain easement dated June S, 1964, and
E recorded in Official Records Book 91, c~unencing at
Page 389 of the St. Lucie County Public Records; ~
and also including all of the mortgagor's right, title
and interest in and to those certain rights qranted
and conferred by that agreement dated Jur~e 6, 1964,
and recorded in Official Records Book 91, at Page 368
~ of the St. Lucie County, Florida, Public Records.

The relief sought in said Crossclaim is the foreclosure of any inter-
est in and to said property by and against the Defendant FLORID~A MAID
CITRUS OORPORATIO~T, and any pprson claiming by, through, under or ~
against tbe said Defendant since the filing of this NOTICE OF LIS
