Before me, the undersigned officer, duly authorized under the '
I,aws of the State of Florida to administer oaths and take acknowl- ~
edgments, personally appeared MARY MORANDO, a single woman, and
being the unremarried widow of ITALO MORANDO, also known as ITALO
AMERIGQ MORANDO, who, being first duly sworn, under oath, deposes and
says:
s 1. That Affiant is the owner of the following described prop-
erty, to wit:
Lots 23, 24 and 25, in Block 24, of INDIAN RIVER ESTATES
UNIT FIVE, a Subdivision accofding to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 10, Page S8, of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

2. That Affiant and ITALG MORANDO, deceased, took title to
said property as tenants by the entirety by Warranty Deed dated
August 14, 1964, filed August 25, 1964, under Clerk's File No.
128469, and recorded in Official Record Book 97, at Page 57, of the ;
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida. +

3. That Affiant and the said ITAIA MORANDO, also known as ~
ITAIA AMERIGO MORANDO, were legally married at the time of taking
title to the herein described property, and that such marriage
remained continuvus and without interruption until the death of
the said ITALO MORANDO, also known as ITALO AMERIGO MORANDO, on
March 23, 1967, in Dade County, Florida.
