WITNESSETH:
That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS AND OTHER GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSID-
ERATION to it in hand paid by the said parties of the second part,
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, bargained
and sold to the said parties of the second part, their heirs and
assigns forever, the following described land situate, lying and
beinq in the City of Port St. Lucie, County of Lucie and State of
Florida to wit:
Lot 37, Bl.ock 118 of PORT ST. LUCIE SECTION 27,
a Subdivision according to the Plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 14, Page 5, of the Public
Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
Subject to conditions restrictions, reservations, limitations
; and easements of reco=d: zoning and other requlatory ordinances and
taxes for the year 1970.
