HomeMy WebLinkAbout1629 ~ , i 2C 5320 DECLARATION OF RESTRICTIONS W I T N E S S E T H: WHEREAS, CONEMAUGH, INC., a corporation organized and existinq under the laws of the State of Florida, is the owner of the following described property situate, lying and being in St. Lucie County, Florida: Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, less the North 30 feet of Lots 9 and 13 in Block 5; Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, less the North 30 feet of Lots 9 and 13, in Block 6; Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, in Block 10; Lots 1 through 13, both inclusive, in Block 11; all in Ocean View Subdivision, as per plat thereof on file in Plat Book 6, page 61, of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida, and, j~FiEREAS, the above described property is not presently subject to any restrictions and limitations of record; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of Conemaugh, Inc. to place restric- tions and limitations of record as to the above described property; NOW, THEREFORE, Conemaugh, Inc. does hereby declare that each of the Lots as heretofore described are hereby restricted as follows: 1. The maximum height of any structure constructed on said , ~ ; ~ lots shall not exceed 3 stories, and in no event shall exceed ~ ~ ~ 45 feet 5 inches. ~ 4 ~ 2.
