FINAL JUDGMENT
This cause having come on for final hearing upon the
Plaintiff's Motion for Final Judgment after the due and regular
entry of a default against the Defendant, and it appearing to the
Court that in December of 1969, in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,
r^lorida, Defendant made a salvage bid on and offered to purchase from
the Plaintiff a physically damaged 1969 Mercury Montego automobile
~ bearing serial number 9406F587155, that this salvage bid was in ths
amount of $~+51.00 and was subsequently accepted by the Plaintiff and
that the Plaintiff delivered the aforementioned automobile to the

` Defendant at its place of business in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County,

~ Florida.

~ It further appears that on or at~out February 12, 1970 ~
~ in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, the Defendant made a

~ salvage bid on and offered to purchase from the Plaintiff a physically

~ dama~ed 1970 Plymouth Barracuda automobile bearing serial number
~ .

~ ~3N2360B131-s66, that this salvage bid was in the arr,ount of ~700.00 t

; and was subsequently accepted by the Plaintiff and that the Plai~tiff '

delivered the aforementioned automobile to the De~endant at its place
r' of business in Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida.

It further appears that the Defendant has not pa3d the

Plaintiff for these two automobiles and that there is now due and ,

- owing from the Defendant to the Plaintiff the sum of $1,151.00 plus ~
interest at the legal rate of six percent (6~6) per annum in the amount

s of ~44.78, plus Court costs in the amount of $25.00.
