a Florida corporation not for profit, by its undersigned
attorney, and shows that by resolution duly and regularly
adopted at a meeting of the Board of Directors of said Assoc-

iation held~on December 14, 1970, a certified copy of which is
attached hereto and by reference made a part hereof, Articles
I, IX and X of the Charter of said corporation were amended
as stated in said resolution.
