Pl.1RCEL, his wife, hereinafter designated as the Mortgagors, and FIRST
FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF 1NDlAN RIVCR COITNTY,
a United States corporation, hereinafter designated as the Mortgagee, arxi
WHEREAS, said Mortgagors have heretofore executed mortgage
to said Mortgagee, dated January 25, 1971, recorded in O. R. Book 189, page
267i, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage secured
the principal sum of ~250, 000. 00, on property described in said mortgage, and
WHEREr~S, it is the desire of all parties hereto that furniture and
fixtures be added to said mortgage for additional security,
IT IS THEREFORE, for good and valuable considerations hereby
mutually agreed that said mortgage described in O. R. Book 189, page 2671,
be, and the same is hereby reformed to the ea~tent that the following personal
