EXECUTOR'S DEED
THIS INDENTURE, executed the lOth day of ,
1971, between WILEY T. ROGERS, JR., as Executor of t e Estate o
Edna V. Rogers, deceased, party of the first part, and WESLEY J.
HUNTER and SHIRLEY A. HUNTER, his wife, parties of the second part,
whose address is: 763 Airoso Boulevard, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
W I T N E S S E T H:
The party of the first part pursuant to the power of sale
contained in the Last Will and Testament of the above-named decedent,
and in consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) and other
good and valuable consideration in hand paid, grants, bargains,
sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms to the party
of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, that certain '
real property situate in St. Lucie County, Florida, more particu-
larly described as follows:
Lot 7, Block 58, of RIVER PARK SUBDIVISION, Unit
6, a Subdivision according to the plat thereof,
recorded in Plat Book 12, page 28, of the public
records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
This deed is executed subject to restrictions,
reservations and easements of record.
TOGETHER with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances belonging or in anywise appertaining to that real
property.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same to the parties of the second
part, and to their heirs and assigns, in fee simple forever.
AND the party of the first part does covenant to and with
; the parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns, that in all
; things preliminary and in and about the sale and this conveyance the
~ orders of the laws of Florida have been followed and complied with
~ in all respects. .
